Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 Business Days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 Business Days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on orders over $75.00 USD.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Stack Your Paper™ is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Stack Your Paper™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Stack Your Paper™ is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • High order volume
