At Stack Your Paper™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective due to manufacturing errors

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer


Print-on-Demand Products

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Preference changes after delivery

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Photos showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

After review, we may provide:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A full refund

at our discretion.


Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Since products are custom-made after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Stack Your Paper™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Stack Your Paper™ first to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchases and legal action when appropriate.
